Aroma A rich and inviting bouquet with notes of ripe apple, baked apple, vanilla, and soft oak. The aromas are clear, balanced, and immediately recognisable.

Palate The mouthfeel is full, harmonious, and exceptionally balanced. On the palate, layers of baked apple and vanilla unfold, supported by a striking balance between fruity acidity and warm woody notes. The 40% ABV supports the structure beautifully, allowing complex nuances of caramel and spice to linger harmoniously.

Finish A long, elegant finish. The notes of vanilla and fruit slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of mild oak and a refined, velvety finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: Serve at room temperature (16-18°C) as a digestif, or lightly chilled (on the rocks) as a chic aperitif.

• Glass: Preferably use a tulip glass or snifter to concentrate the aromas of this calvados.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with Norman cheeses such as Camembert or Pont-l'Évêque, apple pie with cinnamon, or even a piece of dark chocolate.

• Characteristics: Classic calvados; smooth profile; selected for balance, aroma, and drinking pleasure.

• Moment: This is the ideal spirit after an elaborate dinner, with a good book, or as a refined base for luxury cocktails such as the Calvados Sour.
