Aroma | A refined and complex bouquet. You immediately recognize unique notes of white wine grapes, Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by aromas of passion fruit, elderflower and a subtle herbal touch reminiscent of freshly cut grass.

Flavor | The mouthfeel is clean, lively and refreshing. On the palate, flavors of citrus fruit, gooseberry and a light resinous note unfold. The bitterness is present but very well integrated and fine, allowing the fruity nuances to remain the focus.

Finish | A dry and clean finish. Subtle fruitiness and a mild hop kick linger elegantly, creating an invigorating aftertaste.

Serveertips & combinaties

• Serving temperature: Aeromancia shows best between 6°C and 8°C.

• Glassware: Serve in an elegant tulip glass or a dedicated IPA glass to concentrate the delicate aromas.

• Food pairing: An excellent partner for refined fish dishes, ceviche or sushi. Also surprisingly good with light Asian salads with a spicy dressing.

• Moment: This is the ideal beer for a sunny afternoon or as a luxurious aperitif with a snack board of young cheeses and light charcuterie.
