Aroma A rich and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the full notes of white peach and apricot, beautifully complemented by aromas of acacia, a hint of brioche and a subtle mineral touch reminiscent of wet limestone.

Taste The mouthfeel is broad, almost oily and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of ripe stone fruit and a striking balance between the natural power of the grapes and refined freshness. The alcohol percentage of 13,5% supports the full body beautifully, with nuances of almond and honey lingering long and harmoniously.

Finish A long, impressive finish. The fruity notes slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of white blossom and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: Serve the wine between 11°C and 13°C. Do not drink it too cold; the complexity shows better at a slightly higher temperature.

• Glass: Use a generous white wine glass (for example, a Chardonnay glass) to give the aromas room to unfold.

• Gastronomy: The ultimate partner for rich fish dishes such as fried sole or turbot in a creamy sauce. Also excellent with veal, poultry with morels or aged hard cheeses such as Comté.

• Characteristic: Blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Roussanne; partial ageing in wood or sur lie; limited production.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for a premium dinner, a special anniversary, or as a gift for the collector of unique white wines.
