Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries, beautifully complemented by aromas of red cherries, a hint of sweets (gums) and a subtle floral touch of rose petals.

Taste The mouthfeel is full, juicy and strikingly refreshing. On the palate, layers of ripe red fruit appear, with a striking balance between natural fruit sweetness and lively acidity. The alcohol percentage of 13,5% supports the structure beautifully, giving the wine more body than an average rosé and allowing the flavours to linger for a long time.

Finish A medium-long, elegant finish. The notes of red fruit slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of summer freshness and a refined, dry finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: Serve this rosé well chilled, preferably between 8°C and 10°C.

• Glass: Use a standard white wine glass to present the fruity aromas at their best.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with light rice dishes (paella), salads with goat’s cheese, grilled prawns or lightly spicy Asian dishes. Also delicious with a platter of charcuterie and soft cheeses.

• Characteristic: Made according to the traditional 'Sangrado' method for maximum colour and aroma.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for a sunny terrace, a cosy picnic or as a versatile aperitif during a summer barbecue.
