Aroma A rich and seductive bouquet. Malt and juniper are immediately recognisable, beautifully complemented by fenugreek, a light hint of smoke, and subtle cumin spice.

Palate The mouthfeel is smooth, full and exceptionally balanced. On the palate, layers of soft grain and warm spices unfold, creating a striking balance between malty sweetness and a lively spicy structure. The 38.0% ABV supports the body beautifully, with notes of wood and roasted grain lingering long and harmoniously towards a clean finish.

Finish A medium-length, beautifully clean finish. The soft herbal notes slowly ebb away, leaving a clean memory of grain and a refined, silky texture.

• Temperature: Serve at room temperature (16°C–18°C) to fully experience the complex malt aromas, or slightly chilled for a fresher experience.

• Moment: The ultimate sipping moment for lovers of pure craftsmanship, ideal as a digestif after a meal.

• Pairing: An excellent match for mature cheeses, Dutch spiced beef sausage with mustard, or a slice of dark rye bread with smoked ham.
