Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries, complemented by aromas of redcurrants, rose petals and a subtle spicy touch of light yeast, brioche and a hint of citrus.

Taste The mouthfeel is full, creamy and very refreshing thanks to the very fine mousse. On the palate, layers of crisp red fruit, light minerality and a striking structure remain beautifully balanced with the lively acidity. The 12% alcohol provides a beautiful backbone in which the elegant fruity nuances come through beautifully.

Finish A long, elegant finish. The fresh notes of berries slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of mild yeasty notes and a refined, dry finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: The ideal way to let the aromatic richness show at its best is to serve the wine between 7°C and 9°C.

• Glass: Preferably use a tulip glass or slender wine glass to capture the red fruit aromas and fine bubbles optimally.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with light starters such as beef carpaccio, grilled tuna, or dishes with duck. Also fantastic with red fruit desserts or as a luxurious aperitif on a summer terrace.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for a romantic dinner, a festive reception or to celebrate a summer day in an elegant way.
