Aroma | A warm and inviting bouquet. You immediately notice deep aromas of freshly roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate, subtly complemented by a hint of licorice and a touch of dried fruit.

Flavor | The mouthfeel is notably soft and creamy, almost as if nitrogen were involved. On the palate, you taste roasted malt notes reminiscent of espresso and dark cocoa. Despite the dark flavors, the beer remains light-footed and dry at its core, with mild bitterness.

Finish | An elegant and clean finish. The roasted bitterness lingers pleasantly without becoming sticky, leaving a clean coffee-like aftertaste.

Serveertips & combinaties

• Serving temperature: Drink Malabrocca preferably between 10°C and 12°C. Serving it too cold masks the refined aromas of the roasted malts.

• Glassware: Serve in a classic 'Nonic Pint' or a wide tulip glass for beautiful head formation.

• Food pairing: A perfect partner for oysters, the classic pairing, grilled red meat or game dishes.

• Dessert: Phenomenal with brownies, chocolate mousse or desserts with red fruit and vanilla. Also surprisingly good with a creamy blue cheese.
