Aroma A spectacular and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the intense notes of wild roses and lychees, beautifully complemented by aromas of passion fruit, honey and a clear spicy touch of ginger and white pepper that pleasantly stimulates the nose.

Taste The mouthfeel is exceptionally powerful, rich and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of exotic fruit and oriental spices appear, with a striking balance between natural richness and fine minerality. The alcohol percentage of 14,0% supports the structure beautifully, while nuances of mango and cinnamon linger long and harmoniously for an imposing finish.

Finish A very long, aromatic finish. The exotic notes slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of clove and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

• Temperature: Serve at 8°C - 10°C to preserve freshness while allowing the aromas to unfold fully.

• Moment: A perfect partner for festive dinners or as a gastronomic statement with dishes that ask for boldness.

• Gastronomy: The ultimate partner for Asian cuisine such as curries and Thai dishes, foie gras, strong red-washed-rind cheeses such as Munster, or spicy blue cheeses.

• Glass: Preferably drink from a generous wine glass with a slightly narrower opening to concentrate the opulent aromas.
