Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of fresh cherries and raspberries, beautifully complemented by aromas of wild strawberries and a subtle spicy touch of black pepper and a hint of almond in the finish.

Taste The mouthfeel is light to medium-bodied, juicy and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of red fruit and a striking balance between soft tannins and refined freshness. The alcohol percentage of 12,5% supports the structure beautifully, while the fruity nuances linger in a clean and harmonious way.

Finish A medium-long, elegant finish. The notes of cherries and light spices slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of summer fruit and a refined, dry finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: This wine is at its best when served lightly chilled, preferably between 14°C and 16°C.

• Glass: Use a standard wine glass to let the fruity aromas speak directly.

• Gastronomy: An extremely versatile partner. Excellent with pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, white meat, light cured meats (antipasti) or mild cheeses. Also surprisingly delicious with firm fish dishes.

• Characteristic: Made from grapes from the historic Classico zone; aged in stainless steel.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for an Italian evening, an informal lunch or as the perfect companion to a cosy drinks board.
