Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, beautifully complemented by aromas of ripe peach, a hint of sweets (gums) and a subtle mineral touch that is typical of the limestone-rich soils of the valley.

Taste The mouthfeel is full, juicy and strikingly structured. On the palate, layers of red fruit appear, with a striking balance between the silky-smooth texture and lively acidity. The alcohol percentage of 13,5% supports the body beautifully, with the savoury nuances of the Merlot grape lingering for a long time.

Finish A long, elegant finish. The notes of cherries and peach slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of mild fruit sweetness and a refined, fresh finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: Serve this rosé preferably around 8°C to 10°C.

• Glass: Use a standard white wine glass to concentrate the aromas of the Merlot well.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with oily fish such as salmon or tuna, pasta with creamy sauces, paella, grilled vegetables or even light meat dishes. Also fantastic with a salad with goat’s cheese.

• Characteristic: 100% certified organic, limited production and made from 20-year-old vines.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for a sunny lunch, a culinary drinks moment or as a surprising gastronomic alternative during dinner.
