Biorebe Chardonnay is an ode to the pure power of Italian nature. Where other Chardonnays can sometimes be heavy due to oak ageing, this organic variant from the Veneto region (IGP Trevenezie) offers impressive depth and a richer mouthfeel through its focus on healthy fruit and cold fermentation in stainless steel. 

This results in a straw-yellow wine full of notes of ripe apple, tropical fruit and a recognisable fresh feel. Bottled at 12,0% for the ultimate balance between Italian sun and a refined, easy-drinking structure.

Flavour & character

Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of ripe golden apple and pear, complemented by aromas of exotic fruit such as pineapple, a hint of citrus and a subtle floral touch of white blossom.

Taste The mouthfeel is full, lightly creamy and at the same time very refreshing. On the palate, layers of soft yellow fruit appear, with a striking balance between fruity intensity and lively acidity. The alcohol percentage of 12,0% provides an elegant structure in which the mineral nuances come through beautifully.

Finish A medium-long, elegant finish. The fresh notes of apple and citrus slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of mild fruitiness and a refined, dry finish.

  • Temperature: Serve this wine preferably well chilled between 8°C and 10°C.

  • Glass: Use a standard white wine glass to capture the fresh aromas well and keep the wine lively.
