Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of fresh citrus and grapefruit, complemented by aromas of white peach, acacia and a subtle spicy touch of brioche, hazelnut and a hint of honey.

Taste The mouthfeel is full, creamy and very refreshing thanks to the very fine mousse. On the palate, layers of green apple, lemon curd and a striking mineral tension remain beautifully balanced with the soft texture. The 12% alcohol provides a beautiful structure in which the complex nuances of ageing go perfectly together with the fresh core.

Finish A long, elegant finish. The fresh notes of white fruit slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of mild yeasty notes and a refined, dry finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: The ideal way to let the aromatic complexity show at its best is to serve the wine between 7°C and 9°C.

• Glass: Preferably use a tulip glass or slender wine glass to experience the aromas and fine bead at their best.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with refined dishes such as scallops, oysters, white fish with a light butter sauce or a creamy poultry ragout. Also fantastic as a stand-alone aperitif on special occasions.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for a festive anniversary, a gastronomic dinner or when you want to treat yourself to the absolute best of Luxembourg.
