Aroma A rich and inviting nose with notes of honey, ripe fruit, citrus, supported by subtle sweetness and refined cask influence.

Taste Full-bodied and balanced on the palate, with layered flavours of dried fruit, sherry sweetness, oak, vanilla, caramel, toffee, honey, ripe fruit, citrus, warm spice, pepper and a smooth, rounded structure.

Finish A long, refined finish. The fruity notes slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of dark chocolate and a refined, silky-smooth finish.
