Flavour & character

Aroma A rich and inviting nose with notes of vanilla, caramel, toffee, honey, ripe fruit, citrus, supported by subtle sweetness and refined cask influence.

Taste Full-bodied and balanced on the palate, with layered flavours of dried fruit, sherry sweetness, oak, vanilla, caramel, toffee, warm spice, pepper and a smooth, rounded structure.

Finish A medium-long, warm finish. The sweet notes slowly fade and make way for a clean impression of toasted wood and a refined, silky-smooth finish.
