Taste Full-bodied and balanced on the palate, with layered flavours of dried fruit, sherry sweetness, oak, peat smoke, maritime notes, vanilla, caramel and toffee, with a smooth, rounded structure.

Finish A long, refined finish. The fruity notes slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of honey and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

• Cocktails: Serve neat at room temperature, or add a few drops of water to open up the aromas and soften the texture.

• Food pairing: Pairs well with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, aged cheese, smoked dishes, or a fine cigar, depending on the style of the whisky.

• Glass: Serve in a tulip-shaped tasting glass or Glencairn glass to concentrate the aromas and enjoy the full profile.

• Characteristic: Blended Scotch Whisky; aged for 12 years.
