El Dorado 3 jaar White Cask Aged is een technisch meesterwerk uit de beroemde Demerara-regio in Guyana. 

Hoewel deze rum kristalhelder is, heeft hij minstens drie jaar gerijpt in kleine ex-bourbonvaten van Amerikaans eikenhout.

Door een zorgvuldige filtering over natuurlijke houtskool is de kleur verwijderd, maar zijn de rijke smaken van vanille, kokos en tropisch fruit volledig behouden. 

Het resultaat is een witte rum met een ongekende body en een zijdezachte afdronk.

El Dorado 3 Years Old stands apart from standard white rums through its origin and production method. Distilled by Demerara Distillers Ltd in Guyana, it is made with historic stills that produce a spirit with real character. Unlike many other white rums bottled directly after distillation, this rum is given three full years to mature in the warm tropical climate of the Demerara Valley.
