Aroma A rich and inviting bouquet. Vanilla and honey are immediately recognisable, beautifully complemented by dried fruit, hazelnuts, and a subtle caramel hint from the Oloroso casks.

Palate The mouthfeel is silky-smooth, rich and exceptionally balanced. Layers of toffee, dried apricots and figs unfold on the palate, creating a striking balance between sweet sherry influence and vibrant spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The 45.0% alcohol content supports the full body beautifully, while nuances of orange peel and oak continue to resonate long and harmoniously towards a clean finish.

Finish A long, crystal-clear finale. The warm notes slowly fade and make way for a clean memory of dark chocolate, subtle smoke and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

• Temperature: Serve at room temperature (18°C - 20°C), or with a drop of water to open up the complex sherry aromas fully.

• Moment: An excellent whisky for a special moment for yourself, or as a luxurious gift for a true connoisseur.

• Food pairing: The ultimate partner for dark chocolate, roasted nuts, or a selection of mature cheeses.
