Domaine Tariquet Sauvignon is an ode to the expressive power of the Sauvignon Blanc grape within the unique microclimate of the Côtes de Gascogne. Where many Sauvignons from the Loire focus on minerality, this Tariquet variant offers impressive suppleness and a richer mouthfeel through its focus on exuberant exotic fruit. 

This results in a crystal-clear, pale-yellow wine full of notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and a recognisably silky-smooth feel with a characteristic, vibrant structure. Bottled at 11,5% for the ultimate balance between a lower alcohol percentage and an intense, refreshing finish.

Flavour & character

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, crisp and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of crunchy green apple and gooseberry appear, with a striking balance between lively acidity and light fruity sweetness. The alcohol percentage of 11,5% supports the refreshment beautifully, with nuances of lime and boxwood lingering long and harmoniously for a clean finish.
