Canapi Rosé Sicilia IGT is an ode to the Mediterranean summer and the art of 'light' winemaking. Where some rosé wines are too heavy or too pale, this variant offers impressive liveliness and a richer mouthfeel through careful temperature-controlled fermentation at 18°C. 

This results in a beautiful light-pink wine full of notes of wild strawberries, raspberries and a recognisable silky-smooth feel. Bottled at 12.5% for the ultimate balance between a vibrant thirst-quencher and an aromatic, soft structure.
