Palate The mouthfeel is silky-smooth, dry, and exceptionally balanced. On the palate, layers of almond and chestnut unfold, with the natural power of the brandy merging with the cathedral-like flavours of the Solera. The 40.3% ABV supports the structure beautifully, allowing nuances of cocoa and vanilla to linger harmoniously in the background.

Finish A long, refined finish. The savory and salty notes slowly fade and make way for a clean memory of dried fruit and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

• Neat: Serve at room temperature in a tulip glass or snifter to fully experience the aromas of this brandy.

• Temperature: Ideal between 15°C and 18°C.
