Aroma A rich and enticing bouquet. Intense notes of dried fruits such as plum, apricot, and raisins are immediately recognisable, beautifully complemented by aromas of beeswax, forest honey, cinnamon, and a subtle hint of tobacco and leather that pleasantly stimulates the nose.

Palate The mouthfeel is full, rich, and exceptionally balanced. On the palate, layers of caramel, mocha, and soft tannins unfold, with a striking balance between sweet vanilla and spicy oak nuances. The 40% ABV supports the structure beautifully, allowing notes of chocolate and walnut to linger harmoniously into a clean finish.

Finish A very long, warming finish. The fruity notes slowly fade and make way for a clean memory of toasted wood and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: Serve at room temperature, or slightly chilled if preferred. Warm the glass gently in your hand to open the aromas.

• Glass: Preferably use a tulip glass or snifter to concentrate the aromas of this Armagnac.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with dark chocolate, blue cheese, roasted nuts, duck dishes, or a fine cigar.

• Moment: Ideal as a digestif after dinner, for a quiet tasting moment, or as a thoughtful gift for lovers of refined Armagnac.
