Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of fresh raspberries and blueberries, beautifully complemented by aromas of violets, Mediterranean scrubland (garrigue) and a subtle mineral touch of wet earth.

Taste The mouthfeel is juicy, vibrant and extremely pure. On the palate, layers of crunchy red fruit appear, with a striking balance between soft tannins and the natural energy of a wine without sulphites. The alcohol percentage of 14,0% gives the wine body and warmth, whilst the absence of additives provides a strikingly clean and fruity tasting experience.

Finish A medium-long, elegant finish. The notes of berries and spices slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of pure grape juice and a refined, fresh finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: Serve this natural wine slightly cooler than a standard red wine, preferably between 14°C and 16°C, to emphasise the fruity freshness.

• Storage: Because no sulphites have been added, this wine is more sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Store it in a consistent, cool and dark place.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with light meat dishes, tapas, grilled vegetables or a board with soft organic cheeses. Also delicious with dishes featuring plenty of fresh herbs.

• Characteristic: 0% added sulphites, certified organic (ECO) and vegan.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for the conscious drinker, an evening where purity is central, or for anyone sensitive to sulphites who still wants to enjoy top quality.
