Aroma An intense and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the rich notes of fresh red berries and raspberries, complemented by aromas of watermelon, rose petals and a subtle spicy touch of dried spices and a hint of grapefruit.

Taste The mouthfeel is full, oily and refreshing. On the palate, layers of juicy strawberry, pomegranate and a striking minerality remain beautifully balanced with the taut, dry finish. The 12,5% alcohol provides a beautiful structure in which the fruity nuances combine perfectly with the lively acidity.

Finish A long, elegant finish. The fresh notes of red fruit and citrus slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of mild floral spices and a saline undertone.

Serving tips & pairings

• Chilled: The best way to allow the refreshing aromas to show fully at their best is to serve the wine between 8°C and 10°C.

• Gastronomy: Excellent with light summer dishes such as salad Niçoise, grilled prawns, sushi or salmon carpaccio. Also fantastic alongside a mild curry or spicy Asian bites.

• Moment: This is the ideal wine for a sunny afternoon on the terrace, a picnic by the water or as a stylish aperitif where the maritime freshness can take centre stage fully.

• Glass: Use a tulip-shaped wine glass to guide the delicate fruit aromas optimally to the nose.
