The vineyards are located in the rolling landscape of Salento, where the red, iron-rich soil and the constant sea breeze produce grapes with thick skins and enormous aromatic richness.

After careful fermentation at controlled temperatures, the wine is given time to rest, allowing the tannins to soften and the fruity core to fully blossom. Aroma An intense perfume of blackberries and ripe plums, subtly framed by hints of thyme, rosemary, and a touch of licorice.

Palate The mouth is filled with a meaty structure and flavors of dark forest fruits, where the typical light bitterness of the Negroamaro is beautifully interwoven with soft, round tannins.

Finish A persistent, warm finish with a spicy undertone and a final hint of dark chocolate.
