The alcohol percentage of 40% supports the powerful structure, with complex wood tones lingering long and harmoniously.

Finish A long, warming finish. The notes of vanilla and malt slowly ebb away, making way for a clean impression of oak and a refined, round finish.

Serving tips & combinations

• Temperature: Serve Corenwyn preferably at room temperature (like a good whisky or cognac) to fully develop the aromas. For a softer experience, it can be lightly chilled.

• Glass: Use a traditional tulip glass or a small tasting glass to optimally concentrate the aroma.

• Pairing: The ultimate partner for Dutch delicacies. Excellent with aged crumbly cheese, herring, smoked eel, or a piece of dark chocolate.

• Characteristic: Contains more than 51% malt wine; aged for a minimum of 2 years in Limousin oak.

• Moment: This is a true "sipping spirit", ideal for after a good dinner, during a deep conversation by the fireplace, or as a special gift for the connoisseur.
